PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device to control a gripping member to speedily be specified temperature for each small region without using liquid such as water, etc. SOLUTION: This steering device has a first heat source part mounted on a gripping member 20 at least a part of which is hollow and being a heat source element 3 to generate heat of temperature lower than standard temperature or a heat transfer member to transfer heat of low temperature generated by the heat source element 3, a second heat source part mounted on the gripping member 20 and which is a heat source element 4 to generate heat of temperature higher than the standard temperature or a heat transfer member 24 to transfer heat of high temperature generated by the heat source element 4 and a heat exhausting means 27 to exhaust heat of the first or second heat source part to raise inside temperature of the gripping member 20 out of the gripping member 20.
