A case of a portable terminal is provided to upgrade the function of the portable terminal, help the blood circulation of a user, and compensate for the slippery of the case. A disclosed case of a portable terminal prevents the portable terminal from being scratched or damaged due to a shock. The disclosed case of the portable terminal allows a user to obtain an acupressure effect when the user grasps the disclosed case of the portable terminal.
