摘要 A method for manufacturing a portable phone keypad by using a waveguide sheet is provided to form an actuator having a predetermined thickness by discharging two-component type silicon to a lower surface of the waveguide sheet and form a keypad by integrally attaching buttons to an upper surface of the waveguide sheet, thereby reducing a thickness of the keypad and the portable phone assembled by using the keypad. A lower surface(120a) of a waveguide sheet(120) is transferred to an upper surface of a work table so as to face upwardly. A light diffusion part(122) where quadrangular-pyramid type refraction grooves are densely formed is formed by pressing the lower surface of the waveguide sheet by dropping a wooden pattern having plural formation tips where quadrangular-pyramid type protrusions are densely formed. The waveguide sheet is punched in a keypad shape of a portable phone. By discharging two-component type silicon to upper and lower surfaces of the punched waveguide sheet, a silicon formation layer(140) is formed in an upper surface(120b) of the waveguide sheet and an actuator(130) having a dot(132) is formed in the lower surface of the waveguide sheet.
