COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS OF THE INVERSE MULTIPLE EMULSION HAVING OIL-IN-WATER-IN-OIL TYPE WITH THE DENSED NANO EMULSION CONCENTRATE OF OIL-IN-POLYOL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A cosmetic composition of the oil-in-water-in-oil(O/W/O) type inverse multiple emulsion is provided to improve preparation convenience and storage stability, and maximize percutaneous absorption rate of (O/W/O) type inverse multiple emulsion by using the dense nano emulsion concentrate of oil-in-polyol, so that the composition is useful for moisturizing the skin. A cosmetic composition of the oil-in-water-in-oil(O/W/O) type inverse multiple emulsion by using the dense nano emulsion concentrate of oil-in-polyol comprises: a lipid-solubilizing part containing 0.5-10.0 wt.% of phospholipid, 0.1-5.0 wt.% of cholesterol and 0.01-5.0 wt.% of ceramide; an effective material part containing 0.01-30 wt.% of effective active ingredients, 1.0-40.0 wt.% of emollient oil and 0.005-2.0 wt.% of useful antibiotics; and a remaining amount of polyol solvent with 2 or more hydroxyl groups in the molecule. Further, the phospholipid is phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine or a mixture thereof.
