摘要 An LED device and a method of driving the same are provided to compensate for an original data signal to be supplied by detecting a current or voltage of a driving transistor using a dummy transistor. An LED(Light Emitting Display) device includes signal lines, plural sub-pixels, and a driver. The signal lines include data, first selection, second selection, first source voltage, and second source voltage lines. The sub-pixels include first, second, and third transistors(T1,T2,T3), a capacitor(Cst), and an LED(D). A gate of the first transistor is connected to the first selection lines(Write[n]) and a first electrode thereof is connected to the data lines(Data[n]). A gate of the second transistor is connected to the second electrode of the first transistor and a first electrode thereof is connected to the first source voltage line. The capacitor is connected between the gate and the second electrode of the second transistor. An anode of the LED is connected to the second electrode of the second transistor and a cathode thereof is connected to the second source voltage line. A gate of the third transistor is connected to the gate of the second transistor, a first electrode thereof is connected to the second selection lines(Erase[n]), and a second electrode thereof is connected to the first selection line. The driver supplies driving signals to the sub-pixels through signal lines.
