A high-speed red pepper pulverizer is provided to shorten the work time and to minimize power consumption by pulverizing red pepper into uniform fine powder secondarily by an impeller and a housing cover unit. A high-speed red pepper pulverizer is composed of: a hopper(1) into which red peppers are inserted; a red pepper transfer unit(15) feeding a fixed quantity of red pepper; a red pepper pulverizing unit pulverizing the red pepper delivered from the transfer unit; a discharging unit(94) containing and discharging the pulverized red pepper; and a power source unit transmitting power to the red pepper transfer unit and the pepper pulverizing unit. The red pepper pulverizing unit comprises a circular housing(70) for containing red pepper and a crushing blade unit(115) inserted into the housing and rotated around a rotary shaft(116) to pulverize the red pepper contained in the housing. A red pepper discharging ring(170) comes into contact with the crushing blade unit in order to pulverize and discharge the red pepper by a friction surface and has plural red pepper discharging holes formed at regular intervals. An impeller(180) loosens the clustered red pepper discharged from the red pepper discharging ring by plural rotary blades and then, transfers the red pepper to the discharging unit. A housing cover unit(75) covers a powder ejecting unit(105).
