An OS(Operating System) or networking program formation for searching, classifying, and storing information systematically, or performing web surfing efficiently on the online/offline network are provided to enable a user to classify and store searched data or information automatically/systematically based on a profession and a profession category selected by the user. A main control station(1) is displayed at first whenever a user visits a predetermined website. The main control station includes an Internet travel icon(1a), a small planet travel icon(1b), a store icon(1c1), a mail icon(1c2), a blog icon(1c3), a personal shopping icon(1e1), a world affair icon(1e2), a homepage icon(1e3), a shopping icon(1e4), a registered member icon(1d2), a planet owner name icon(1d3), a member registration icon(1d1) and a guide window(1f1). The guide window having a spherical or elliptical shape is arranged to the center of the main control station. The Internet travel icon, the small planet travel icon, a management area(1c), a general area(1e), and a member area(1d) are arranged to the outside of the guide area in the spherical or elliptical shape.
