TRIPLEX INSTALLATION DEVICE USING HEATED CUSHION PAD

A triplex installation device using a heated cushion pad is provided to reduce the time for hardening the adhesion part of the triple and to maintain the uniform triplex surface even when a step difference is generated by the insulation plates. A triplex installation device comprises a shock absorbing pad(80) which is seated on the upper side of a triplex(60) and uniformly delivers the pressure and heat transmitted from the top to the triplex, and a heating pad located between the upper side of the shock absorbing pad and an airbag(92) and generating the heat to attach the triplex. The heating pad consists of flexible heating mesh generating the heat from the external power supply and a resin layer which is impregnated outside the heating mesh.
