<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repayment plan generation support system, a repayment plan generation support method and a repayment plan generation support program, for reducing risk of a financial institution, and providing a loan convenient for a user. <P>SOLUTION: Information related to a desired total borrowing amount, an assumed monthly repayment amount, and a target property appraised value is acquired from a client terminal 10. When a second borrowing amount calculated based on the target property appraised value is less than the desired total borrowing amount, a control part 21 of a repayment plan generation support server 20 calculates a difference therebetween. The control part 21 executes repayment simulation processing with the difference as a first borrowing amount by a first interest rate. Next, the control part 21 calculates the balance when repayment of first borrowing amount and executes simulation processing for paying back the balance as a second borrowing amount by a second interest rate.
