<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rental room introduction system by which sustaining members can be efficiently acquired. <P>SOLUTION: A company computer 11 includes a member registration means, a URL production means for producing a URL enabling identification of a member, a URL display means for enabling a terminal device 5 owned by the member to display the URL, and a point provision means for providing a point to the member when the member has concluded a contract, and registers a part of registration information on an existing member as introducer information when a new member has completed member registration from a URL enabling identification of the existing member. The point providing means also issues a point to an introducer when the registration information on the member who has concluded a rental contract includes introducer information, and also provides a point to the introducer when the introducer also has introducer information. Thus, as points are provided to three generations, members are actively introduced, and members can be efficiently achieved.
