<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information posting system, posting information in response to a user's request on a display device. <P>SOLUTION: A host server forms a Web page based on information provided from an information provider. The host server detects user terminals which are located in an area where the display device can be viewed, and transmits the Web page to the user terminals. Each of the user terminals selects a content to be viewed from the Web page, and requests it to the host server. The host server generates a plurality of posting information based on contents frequently requested. The host server determines display contents of the posting information according to the number of requests, and transmits the posting information to the display device.
