<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive sheet composite which is easier to use in a use of thermal conduction from a heating element to a heat dissipating body; and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The thermally conductive sheet composite 10 comprises a gelatinous thermally conductive sheet 11 molded of a thermally conductive polymer composition containing a polymeric material and a thermally conductive filler, and a release sheet 12 molded separately from the thermally conductive sheet 11 and peelably laminated on at least one surface of a pair of surfaces of the thermally conductive sheet 11.
