PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body front part structure capable of preventing a brake pedal from contacting with an occupant upon a front collision, and improving occupant protection performance.SOLUTION: A vehicle body front part structure 100 includes: a vehicle body bracket 120 superimposed with a dash panel 106 from the inside of a vehicle cabin; a steering support member 110 which has a first attaching portion 126 disposed on a vehicle cabin side of the dash panel and extending from a body portion 124 crossed over to vehicle body both side surfaces to the vehicle body bracket; a brake pedal bracket 114 which has a second attaching portion 130 attaching a brake pedal 128 to a vehicle body; a projecting piece 144 attached to the brake pedal bracket and projecting out to the inside of the vehicle cabin; and an abutting member 146 attached to the vehicle body, facing on a vehicle rear side of the projecting piece, and abutting on the projecting piece to depress the brake pedal to a vehicle lower side. The vehicle bracket has a first seat surface 138 to which a first attaching portion is fixed, and a second seat surface 140 to which a second attaching portion is fixed and which is at the same height in a vehicle vertical direction as the first seat surface and is parallel with the first seat surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
