PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a simple laser welding method and a laser welding device capable of reducing reflection of a laser beam during the welding.SOLUTION: A laser welding device 1 for joining a main body and a lid forming a metal container B, to each other by the laser welding includes: a laser beam irradiation portion 2 for irradiating an irradiation place with a laser beam L1 while moving the irradiation place along a boundary portion G between the main body and the lid; and a reflective mirror 3 for reflecting reflection L2 of the laser beam L1 emitted by the laser beam irradiation portion 2, and reflected at the irradiation place. An angle at which the reflection L2 is incident and a height position from the boundary portion G, of the reflective mirror 3 are adjusted so that re-reflection L3 is defocused on a position ahead of the irradiation place, in a moving direction M, along the boundary portion G.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
