PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery device that can transfer heat recovered from a heat source device installed outside a building to an existing facility installed in the building.SOLUTION: An exhaust heat recovery device 20 includes: a first heating medium side inlet 21 into which a first heating medium flows; a first heating medium side outlet 22 from which the first heating medium flows out; a first heating medium flow passage 23 in which the first heating medium flows; a second heating medium side inlet 25 into which a second heating medium flows; a second heating medium side outlet 26 from which the second heating medium flows out; a second heating medium flow passage 27 in which the second heating medium flows; a heat exchanger 28 for exchanging heat between the first heating medium and the second heating medium; an expansion tank 29 provided in the middle of the first heating medium flow passage 23; a bypass flow passage 24 for making the first heating medium flow to bypass the heat exchanger 28; and a mixing device 34 that is provided at a merging portion between the bypass flow passage 24 and the first heating medium flow passage 23 and controls a ratio between a flow rate of the first heating medium in the bypass flow passage 24 and a flow rate of the first heating medium in the heat exchanger 28 so that a temperature of the first heating medium after merging comes closer to a predetermined temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
