MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR FOLDING-TYPE LIGHTWEIGHT HEAT SINK OF LED LAMP AND PRODUCTS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for folding-type lightweight heat sink of led lamp and products thereof are provided to lower the weight of an LED fluorescent light bulb by manufacturing a bent heat radiation body in bending manner and combining it to the top case. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiation panel is arranged to be used in a processing apparatus for bending(S10). The top case is formed for forming the upper part and lower part support areas in each inner side(S20). A slanted bent part of wing shape is formed outward and a bent heat radiation body for forming horizontal contact end is formed inward(S30).
