1. A flexible display, comprising:
a base layer having a substantially flat portion and a bend portion that is curved away from a plane of the substantially flat portion; a plurality of insulation layers on the base layer, said plurality of insulation layers providing a high leveled surface and a low leveled surface such that a step is created between the high leveled surface and the low leveled surface; and a conductive line trace laid over the high leveled surface and the low leveled surface, wherein the conductive line trace has a reinforced portion at the step; wherein a length of the reinforced portion is greater than a length of an inclining/declining surface of step between the high leveled surface and the low leveled surface.
