PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To teats coldness of raw foods and the eating feeling, and to improve convenience in use when dishing up raw foods on a large number of dining tables by packing dry ice in a vessel, supporting the vessel on a dish plate dished up with a dish such as raw foods, and covering the vessel with a hollow cover. SOLUTION: A cover 10 is erected so as to cover there by dishing up raw foods on a dish plate 18. An internally installing vessel 16 is supported in the cover inside upper part through an upper opening of the cover 10. Chalk-shaped or pellet-shaped dry ice is packed in the body part. To prevent upward blowoff of cold gas of the dry ice, a lid is disposed in the internally installing vessel 10 or the lid is equipped with the cover 10. The hollow cover 10 may be a circular column and a square column, but is desirably a divergent shape. A material is not limited, but a sheet material such as cardboard, hard paper and a plastic sheet is desirable to reduce a cost.
