PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pop-out type lock handle device, which improves burglarproofness by adding a lock unit and allows pop-out operation with excellent stability by properly controlling the latch body of the added lock unit. SOLUTION: A sub-lock unit 8 is installed to a handle striker section 2b for a fixed case 2, a driving cam 11 interlocked with the sub-lock unit 8 is mounted, and a latch body 10, in which a front end section 10a is engaged and disengaged with and from the side-face recessed section 5a of a handle shaft section 5a from a side-face through-hole 12 for an internal cylinder 3 is set up. The latch body 10 is moved and urged to the internal cylinder 3 side by a spring 15, and the latch body 10 is returned to the place of release retreated to the sub-lock unit 8 side by rotating the driving cam 11.
