PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade shape with one thin sheet having three-dimensions. SOLUTION: A sheet shaped blade member 1a is set in a die having an slant. A punch 4 of a three-quarter moon shape 5c1 is pressure-inserted into a interruption portion 5c1 of a die 5. As a result, a curved ridge side of a front edge portion 1af on the side that cuts the wind is press-curve processed first. Then a rear edge portion 1ab of the side that does not cut the wind is formed in a linear shape as an end portion of the blade member 1a, and joined by welding, caulking, or adhesion or the like. This enables a blade structure of a blade shape to be produced with one sheet of sheet metal.
