PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a thin type, low cost lamp with a good lighting efficiency for construction work which is to be attached to a barricade or a color cone for use. SOLUTION: A pair of emitters 2 each having many recessed and projected concentric circles are arranged back to back in contact or with an interval at an upper portion of a cylindrical main body housing a control circuit 1, power unit or the like equipped with an attaching means to attaching target for construction work. By doing this, light from internal LED or the like can be efficiently dispersed and visually recognized even from a very distant place and from every angle.
