PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having cell proliferation promoting action and effective for preventing and improving undesirable changes accompanying to the aging of the skin such as wrinkles, spots, dull skin and dry skin. SOLUTION: The objective cosmetic utilizes a cell proliferation promoting action developed by the combined use of soybean extract liquid, glabridin and fruit extract liquid. Especially effective fruit extract liquids are those produced by using citrus fruits, jujube, haw, grape, apple or strawberry as a raw material.
