PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deformation of a grommet, and prevent to the utmost a rigging tube from comming off the grommet. SOLUTION: A through hole is formed in a cowling 4 of an outboard engine, a grommet 25 is arranged in the through hole, and plural wire materials 27 are inserted into the grommet 25 to lead from an inside of the cowling 4 to its front side. A tube engaging part and a flange part are formed in a front side of the grommet 25. The wire materials 27 are inserted into an inside of a rigging tube 41 with a spiral protrusion 42 formed in its outer face, and a rear end of the rigging tube 41 is engaged with the outside of the tube engaging part of the grommet 25 from its front side. A rigging tube engaging groove and a grommet engaging part of a cylindrical connection member 61 are engaged with the protorusion 42 of the rigging tube 41 and the flange part of the grommet 25.
