PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strength and rigidity durable for a severe heat resistance test, provide a high quality and lightweight, and make the cost low by forming an outer shell reinforced layer composed of a glass fiber reinforced or non-reinforced ABS or AS resin and formed on the back of a surface layer material formed by two-stage thermoforming a synthetic resin sheet. SOLUTION: A male mold 5 of an injection molding die is coated with a surface layer material 4 of container shape formed of a heat-softened acrylic resin sheet as a synthetic resin sheet molded by a vacuum molding die, and the male mold 5 and a female mold 6 are clamped. A thermoplastic resin 7 in which glass fiber master batches of long fibers are mixed with a thermoplastic resin composed of an ABS resin, an AS resin or the like at a given ratio and melt kneaded is injected from a gate 8 into a civity 9 between the surface layer material 4 and the female mold 6 to form an outer shell reinforced layer. The surface layer material 4 is softened and pressure bonded on the male mold 5 and reheating molded to manufacture containers formed of a surface layer material and the outer shell reinforced material integrally molded together. The strength and rigidity durable for a strict heat resistance test are provided by the process, and also the high quality, lightweight and low cost can be attained. |
