PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take foot exercise while lying on a bed for restraining the decline of a foot muscle by providing bridging an assisting instrument forming engaging sections for engaging fences of both sides of the bed in one body at both end sections of a pipe at a position adjacent to feet of a patient. SOLUTION: An assisting instrument is constituted in such a way that engaging sections 3 for engaging to fences of both sides of a bed 5 are formed in one body at both end sections of pipes 1, 2 which can be controlled expansion according to a width of the bed 5. This assisting instrument is positioned at a foot section of a patient 6 on the bed 5, and is provided bridging by using the fences of both sides of the bed. The decline of a foot muscle can be restrained by putting the feet on the pipes 1, 2, and by standing firm. Since a proper stimulation can be obtained by attaching a sole of a foot to the pipes 1, 2, stress can be reduced. |
