PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel mounting technique for a concrete wall surface capable of expressing a continuous design without itself being cut apart by a joint between panels in case of applying the design by a section risen part on the concrete wall surface by using the concrete panels and devised to apply the design by taking notice of a stain on a surface and using it on the contrary in case of applying the design by the section risen part. SOLUTION: A plural number of panel main bodies 2 on which section risen parts 21 sectioned by joint grooves 20, and risen panel members 3 mounted by straddling between the adjacent panel main bodies 2 are provided. A continuous flat surface part 22 on a groove bottom surface of the joint grooves is formed on surface end edge parts of the panel main bodies 2. The risen panel members 3 are mounted in a state to cover joints between the panels by retaining joint groove intervals 30 in the circumference between the adjacent panel main bodies 2. The surfaces of a part of the risen parts out of all the resin parts including the section risen parts and the risen panel members 3 are formed on fouling restraining surfaces 4, and the surfaces of the other risen parts are formed on skin surfaces 5.
