PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute construction by carrying a wall panel to be installed in a lower story by the guide of a guide rail arranged on a lower surface of an upper-story floor slab, and installing the wall panel at a predetermined location. SOLUTION: A hoisting guide rail 1 arranged on a lower surface of an upper- story floor slab 3 hoists a wall panel 4 to be installed in a lower story of the floor slab 3, by bringing the wall panel 4 from the outside. In the suspended state, the wall panel 4 is guided by the guide rail 7 to be conveyed to a predetermined installation location below the upper-story floor slab 3, and then the wall panel 4 is rigidly installed in the predetermined installation location. In this manner, construction of the floor slab 3 of each story is firstly executed, and thereafter installation of the external wall panel 4 on each story is executed, which leads to efficient construction of a building.
