PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stripe and a flaw on an image formed sheet by forming a parting line at injection molding time of a rolling body in a lengthwise directional central part of a rolling body sliding surface, and forming an outside diametrical dimension of the central part smaller than both end parts of the rolling body sliding surface. SOLUTION: A roller body 1 has a parting line 3 in a lengthwise directional central part 1b of a sliding surface, an outside diametrical dimension (d) of the central part 1b is formed smaller than a dimension D of both end parts 1a of a rolling body sliding surface, and a prescribed radius of curvature R is imparted to both end parts. To form the outside diametrical dimension (d) of the central part 1b smaller than the dimension D of both end parts 1a of the rolling body sliding surface, the central part 1b is formed in a solid columnar shape so that a shrink generated when solidifying resin is generated in the central part 1b to become a small diameter. Even if a step difference of the parting line 3 is generated in the central part 1b and the lengthwise directional central part of the sliding surface has the parting line 3, the step difference of the parting line does not directly contact with toner 6.
