A molding device for waste synthetic resin, comprising an internal roller (30) allowed to be rotated by a drive source, a plurality of external rollers (40A) to (40G) disposed spacedly from the peripheral surface of the internal roller (30), a feeding part (20) forming molten waste synthetic resin into band-shaped bodies and feeding these bodies to an area between the internal roller (30) and the external rollers (40A) to (40G), and a guide part (60) installed between the internal roller (30) and the external rollers (40A) to (40G) and guiding the band-shaped bodies so that the band-shaped bodies can be connected to each other at the side end faces adjacent to each other while moving spirally, wherein, because the band-shaped bodies of waste synthetic resin fed from the feeding part (20) are connected to each other at the side end faces adjacent to each other while moving spirally, any portion overlapped superimposedly is not produced, whereby a long tube can be formed in short time and a large pressure need not be applied to form a band overlapped superimposedly to a specified thickness.
