PURPOSE: An ice cream having anti-atopic function is provided to offer an ice cream having anti-atopic effect by including Cordyceps bassiana extracts. CONSTITUTION: An anti-atopic functional ice cream composition includes the extract by organic solvent of the Cordyceps bassiana to the active ingredient. The organic solvent is either butanol or ethanol. The ice cream product contains the ice cream composition.
