<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device for welded state constituted so as to facilitate adjustment in a laser beam irradiation part and a light detecting part and capable of inspecting the welded state of resins with high precision using a laser beam. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection device of the welded state is constituted so as to inspect the welded state of a welded product wherein a resin transparent to a laser beam and a resin having laser beam absorbability are welded, and has the laser beam irradiation part for irradiating the welded product with the laser beam in order to inspect the welded surface thereof, the light detecting part for detecting the reflected beam and scattered beam reflected from the welded surface of the laser beam applied in the laser beam irradiation part and an adjusting part for adjusting the laser beam irradiation part and the light detecting part so as to make them positionally correspond to each other, and thereby, the problem mentioned above is solved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
