PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain ball contact in a good condition even if a hub is attached to a frame by designated fastening torque, in the hub for a bicycle attached to the frame by a mounting bolt penetrating through a hub shaft. SOLUTION: The front hub 1 is provided with: the hub shaft 10; a hub body 11; a first bearing 12; a second bearing 13; and a lock member 58. The hub shaft has a central hole penetratable with the mounting bolt 15 and is non-rotatably attached to the frame of the bicycle by the mounting bolt. The hub body has an approximately cylindrical shape attached to an outer peripheral side of the hub shaft rotatably relative to the hub shaft. The first and second bearings have first and second outer rings having a first male screw part threaded into an inner peripheral surface of one end of the hub body; first and second inner rings non-rotatably provided at positions opposed to the first outer ring of the hub shaft; and a plurality of first and second rolling members arranged between the first and second outer rings and the first and second inner rings with a gap in a circumferential direction.
