PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laterally tip-up seat storing a seat cushion, etc. in a space on the side of an upper part of the tire house and extending effective width of a cargo compartment when the seat is made laterally tip-up, providing a comfortable rear part seat securing sufficient sliding length by a seat rail arranged on a floor surface on the side of a tire house. SOLUTION: An idling gear 42 to be engaged with a fixed gear 41 having a missing part 41a after rotating by 90 degrees and a seat gear 43 to be engaged with the idling gear 42 are provided, and a seat bracket 23 is held on the seat gear 43.
