PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device capable of retransmitting mail about an address to which transmission is not normally performed. SOLUTION: The communication terminal device 1 having a prescribed upper limit value in the number of addresses that can be designated as an address when transmitting e-mail to a mail server is provided with: a transmission mail dividing means 3 for dividing transmission mail into a plurality of transmission mail so as not to exceed the upper limit value when the number of addresses designated in the transmission mail exceeds the upper limit value; a mail transmission means 4 for transmitting divided mail divided by the transmission mail dividing means 3; a transmission history holding means 6 for associating transmission results by the mail transmitting means 4 with addresses included in the divided mail and holding them; and a management report output means 7 for visibly outputting the transmission results and addresses held in the transmission history holding means 6.
