PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner enabling low temperature fixing and having sufficient electrostatic chargeability and developability, and also to provide a a method for manufacturing the same, an electrostatic charge image developer, and an image forming method. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner contains a colorant, a release agent, and a binder resin consisting of two or more kinds of resins, in which at least one resin constituting the binder resin is a crystalline polyester resin and at least the other one kind is a resin of any among a polycarbonate resin, a polyarylate resin and a polyvinyl acetal resin. The structure wherein the resins are dispersed in the crystalline polyester resin is employed, and the dispersion grain size of the resins is 0.01 to 1.0μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
