ROLLING OIL COMPOSITION

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling oil composition that shows excellent emulsification performance despite of no use of emulsifier that can be utilized as a nutrient for microorganism. SOLUTION: This rolling oil composition for processing aluminum is obtained by adding an emulsifier to a mineral oil and the emulsifier comprises 12 to 16 w% of oleic acid and 4 to 6 w% of a triazine derivative bearing a hydroxyalkyl group.
