PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular battery/electric unit combined structure capable of preventing the battery from being reversely connected between direct current terminals of the electric unit. SOLUTION: The battery 8 is housed in a case main body 21 fixed to a body of the vehicle, and the control unit (electric unit) 9 is held on a front face of the case main body 21. Bus-bars for a cathode and an anode are casted in a cover 22 closing an opening arranged at upper end of the case main body 21. The bus-bar for the cathode is connected to a cathode terminal 802 of the battery and a cathode side direct current terminal ta of the controller by a bolt, and the bus-bar for the anode is connected to an anode terminal 803 of the battery and an anode side direct current terminal tb of the controller by a bolt. It is constructed so that the bus-bar casted in the cover 22 can be connected to the terminals corresponding to the battery 8 and the control unit 9 only when the battery 8 is housed in the case main body 21 in correct direction.
