PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent diffusion and leakage on a pad used in combination by closely joining a labial pad with liquid passing holes and the pad used in combination and leading body liquid such as menstrual blood to the pad used in combination. SOLUTION: The labial pad is provided with an absorbent main body 15 and a lower surface sheet 16 attached to the non skin abutting surface side of the absorbent main body 15. The absorbent main body 15 is composed of a front surface sheet 12, a back surface sheet 13 and an absorbent 14 arranged between both sheets. On the back surface sheet 13 and the lower surface sheet 16, the plurality of liquid passing holes for making the body liquid such as the menstrual blood absorbed by the absorbent 14 pass through are provided. An adhesive material 17 is provided so as to surround the plurality of liquid passing holes 22 on the lower surface sheet, and the absorbent main body 15 and the absorbent of the pad used in combination are joined with the adhesive material 17.
