PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach and detach an inter-labial pad between the labia pudendi without staining hands and to integrate it with shorts or a pad used in combination so as not to generate a shift or a gap. SOLUTION: The inter-labial pad is provided with a pad main body 15 to be put between the labia pudendi and a wing W extended from the pad main body to the side. The pad main body 15 is composed of a front surface sheet 12, a back surface sheet 13 and an absorbent 14 arranged between both sheets. A lower surface sheet 16 is joined to the non skin abutting surface side of the pad main body 15, an adhesive layer 18a is formed on the non skin abutting surface side of the lower surface sheet 16, and an adhesive layer 18 is formed on the opposite side of the body side on the wing W.
