A packing paper printing method of an automatic medicine packing machine is provided to print easily various information on a packing paper and to prevent a printing position error and defects by selecting the position and size of a barcode according to the user's intension. A packing paper printing method of an automatic medicine packing machine comprises the steps of: computing the quantity of data to be printed on the front side of a packing paper of a medicine pack, according to each patient(S10); analyzing whether the computed quantity of print data exceeds the quantity of reference data or not by comparing the computed quantity of print data with the pre-set quantity of reference data(S20); choosing a printing method by printing a one-dimensional barcode if the computed quantity of print data is below the quantity of reference data and printing a two-dimensional barcode if the computed quantity of print data is over the quantity of reference data(S30); and printing the chosen barcode and pre-set print data on the front side of the packing paper(S40). |
