SINGLE SIDED HEATING ROLL

A single sided heating roll is provided to reduce the local generation of flux saturation and improve the heat efficiency through uniform heat distribution, by improving the structure of a magnetic bobbin. A cylinder-shaped rotating jacket(10) has an opening. A magnetic bobbin(30) is contained in the rotating jacket. The magnetic bobbin includes a pair of magnetic flanges(31a,31b) distanced from each other, and a hollow pipe-shaped magnetic sleeve(33) for connecting the pair of magnetic flanges. The magnetic sleeve is rounded in a predetermined curvature radius, along an outer circumference of a region where the magnetic flanges are connected. A first core insulating part(45) surrounds an outer circumference of the magnetic bobbin. A coil winding part(50) has a plurality of coils winding around the first core insulating part. A second core insulating part(55) surrounds an outer circumference of the coil winding part.
