摘要 An organic electro light emitting display apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to increase light emitting efficiency by converging and refracting light generated from an organic film using a poly crystalline silicon film pattern. An organic electro light emitting display apparatus includes a substrate(110), a poly crystalline silicon film pattern(136), an active layer, a thin film transistor, a first pixel electrode(210), an organic film(220), and a second pixel electrode(230). A light-emitting area and a non-light-emitting area are defined on the substrate(110). The poly crystalline silicon film pattern(136) is formed on the light-emitting area of the substrate(110). The active layer has a source area, a drain area, and a channel area and is formed on the non-light-emitting area of the substrate(110). The thin film transistor is formed on the non-light-emitting area of the substrate(110) and has the active layer. The first pixel electrode(210) formed on the poly crystalline silicon film pattern(136) is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The organic film(220) is formed on the first pixel electrode(210). The second pixel electrode(230) is formed on the organic film(220).
