PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker that the magnetic flux density of a magnetic gap can be excellently adjusted with a simple structure, and to provide a manufacturing method for a magnetic circuit part of the speaker. SOLUTION: In the speaker 100, a first magnetic circuit A1 that passes an almost ring-shaped first magnetic gap G1, and a second magnetic circuit A2 that passes the first magnetic gap G1 and a second magnetic gap G2 provided outside of the first magnetic gap G1 are formed with a magnet 210, a first pole 220 that induces a magnetic flux from the magnet 210, and a second york 230. An area S3 that is almost orthogonal to the magnetic flux of the first pole 220 is provided so that specified magnetic flux densities are generated at the first and second magnetic gaps G1 and G2. In addition, an area ratio of areas S1 and S2 which are almost orthogonal to magnetic fluxes in a first and a second body parts 232B and 233B is configured so that a ratio of the magnetic flux densities generated at the first and second magnetic gaps G1 and G2 has a specified value.
