A bearing mounting structure is provided to improve a mounting structure of a snap ring in a process for mounting a bearing into a transfer gear by forming stepped parts at a snap ring groove of the transfer gear and a snap ring of the bearing. A snap ring groove(101) includes a first stepped surface(1) formed along an inner circumference(F1) of a transfer gear(100) and a second stepped surface(3) extended from the first stepped surface. A snap ring(111) is formed at a center along an outer circumference(F2) of a bearing. A hanger section(5) corresponding to the second stepped surface is formed at an outer circumference of the snap ring. One side of the hanger section of the snap ring is coupled with one side of the second stepped surface of the snap ring groove when the bearing is mounted into the transfer gear.
