PROBE BLOCK

PURPOSE: A probe block is provided to implement a guide plate with a secure structure by combining a plurality of plate units and forming the guide plate. CONSTITUTION: A guide plate(GP) includes penetration slots with a uniform interval. The guide plate is formed by combining a plurality of plate units where penetration holes are formed. A first penetration slots are arranged in a line in the lower part of the guide plate. Second penetration slots are arranged in a line in order to cross the first penetration slots in the upper part of the first penetration slots. A plurality of probes are inserted into the penetration slots in a horizontal direction and are fixed by a level difference formed inside the slots.
