In order to cope with a high speed data transfer rate of a digital information recording device, a high speed information reproduced signal processing device is required, so that a circuit scale and electric power consumption are increased. A reproduced waveform subjected to filtering through an analog circuit is emphasized for a reproduced waveform obtained from a recording medium (46) and a signal frequency band is emphasized through an FIR filter (50) for information digitized through an A/D converter (49). A phase comparator (52) calculates a phase error amount from a signal, the offset fluctuation of which is eliminated by an offset corrector (51) for the waveform emphasized by the FIR filter (50). A phase synchronous loop (55) comprised of a loop filter (53) and a VCO (54) maintains a phase synchronous state and control is carried out in such a way that a residue of the phase synchronous loop (55) is canceled through a phase correcting unit (58), thereby providing an information reproduced signal processing device that reduces electric power consumption with a stable phase synchronous state maintained.
