<p>Disclosed is an improved safety light flashing device for a bicycle in which a plurality of light emitter such as LED is installed on a hollow bicycle seat column in order to irradiate light for rear viewing and side viewing so that the walkers on a street or vehicle drivers can recognize the bicycle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a light emitting assembly and a power source assembly for supplying power to the light emitting assembly, which is connected electrically thereto, are arranged on the hollow bicycle seat column. Here, at least one first through-hole acting as a channel for light irradiated from the light emitting assembly is formed on the hollow bicycle seat column. In the hollow bicycle seat column, a PCB of the light emitting assembly is housed into a first safe keeping housing both ends of which are opened lengthwise, is connected electrically to at least one light emitter for irradiating light outside, and is controlled of an operation by an exposed operation button provided on the hollow bicycle seat column. The battery in the power source assembly is inserted into the hollow bicycle seat column through a lower opened surface thereof and is arranged in a battery site, and supported by a bracket fastened to the lower part of the hollow bicycle seat column.
