<p>A system and a method for operating an account, and a program recording medium thereof are provided to enable a children to control payment using a mobile payment tool linked with a virtual account by establishing the virtual accounts with each children name based on a parent account of a parent name, linking the virtual account with the mobile payment tool of each children, and enabling the parent to manage the virtual accounts through TV-banking. An account operator generates more than one virtual account using a parent account as a key account and assigns the virtual accounts to each family member. An information receiver receives key account manager authentication information from a customer TV banking terminal. An information checker(715) and an information extractor(725) check over the key account based on the received key account manager authentication information, and check/extract more than one virtual account information matched with the checked key account. An information transmitter(710) provides the extracted virtual account information to the TV banking terminal. The account operator sets and registers each virtual account as a mobile payment account of each family member.</p> |
