<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impartially utilize a radio communication medium from a plurality of radio communication media, to reduce the probability of the occurrence of the interference among radio stations, and to stabilize communication quality. <P>SOLUTION: A section 22 for generating a table of the number of active nodes calculates the number of active nodes for each radio communication medium from a monitoring result by a radio communication medium monitoring section 21. A radio link determination section 24 extracts radio links with the minimum number of active nodes from all the radio links connected to the radio station of a communicating party, and selects a radio link to be used for communication with the radio station of the communicating party from the extracted radio links. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
