<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a completely human antibody, having a human-type sugar chain that is very unlikely to cause immunoreaction, when it is administered to humans, to a higher concentration by transgenic birds. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the completely human antibody includes introducing a gene that encodes the completely human antibody to a bird for making the gene express, and collecting the completely human antibody from the inside of albumen and yolk of the bird, to which the gene is introduced. As a result, the completely human antibody, having higher therapeutic effects can be provided in large quantity, by allowing the completely human antibody to be produced in the eggs of the transgenic bird, and collecting and purifying the antibody. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
